Ryan Profile

Having drank away a potentially successful club career, Ryan Cooper has truly found his place at the Rollers. Having learnt his trade (cricket and drinking) at Koeberg Cricket Club and moved on to Durbanville when the club closed in 1998, a return to the Rollers was the natural next step when parenthood took precedence. He has since gone on to realise some of his potential, becoming the first and thusfar only player to score a century for the Rollers, a feat achieved three times. Ryan also doubles up as the team’s administrator.

About West Coast Rollers

Founded in the early-90s, the West Coast Rollers is a social cricket side that has become so much more than that - we are a brotherhood that just happen to be quite good at cricket and even better at drinking.
